H.C. Mooningham unwrapped his surprise read to find The Daedalus Incident which he reviewed for us.
The Daedalus Incident is a very interesting blend of Science Fiction, alternate history, & fantasy. The author does a very skillful job of blending these disparate elements together. It was a very hard book to put down. I think anyone who enjoys these genres will get a great deal of enjoyment out of the book.
Vicki Hairston wrote up a short review of her mystery book, Michael J. Fox’s book A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Future…
Not really a bio per se but an interesting read. Would be enlighteing to a new graduate who has their life ahead but I even got that we should never stop learning, never stop trying to move forward. We are never too old to learn or better ourselves. Also that the world does not revolve around us. Everyone has troubles and problems; How you face them and deal with them make a difference in your life.
We’ve had several other adventurous patrons roll the dice on random mystery books as well. How about you? Feeling lucky?
