Muhlenberg County native Nancy Green-Smith will be the featured artist at Muhlenberg County Public Libraries’ Thistle Cottage for the month of June.
Green-Smith’s photography, which includes scenes of urban and rural decay as well as landscapes, has previously been exhibited at local and regional shows throughout western Kentucky, including an exhibit at the Tribeca Restaurant and Gallery in Paducah. She has 23 pieces on display at Thistle Cottage this month.
Green-Smith will return to Muhlenberg County Thursday night, June 4, for an open house at Thistle Cottage from 6 to 8 p.m. The public is invited to visit with Green-Smith during this time to discuss her work and successes in the field of photography. Refreshments will also be available.
Green-Smith’s photography will remain on display at Thistle Cottage throughout the month. Thistle Cottage is open to the public Monday-Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
