Muhlenberg County Public Libraries’ Thistle Cottage is proud to welcome another local artist back for their featured exhibit in June.
Graphic design artist Derek Price will display his work at Thistle Cottage June 1-28.
Price is a native of Muhlenberg County. A 2002 graduate of Murray State University, he now lives in Lexington with his wife, Susan, and son Parker. Price is celebrating his 20th year as a graphic artist this year.
Price’s portfolio ranges from web design to apparel. His exhibit at Thistle Cottage will feature several different projects he has worked on during the past 20 years.
The exhibit opens June 1 with an open house and reception from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and will remain open to the public at Thistle Cottage during regular business hours (Mon.-Fri., 11 a.m.-4 p.m.) until June 28. The public is encouraged to visit Thistle Cottage during the open house to meet Price and discuss his work with him.
Thistle Cottage is located at 122 South Cherry Street in Greenville, Ky.
