Workshop – National Register Process

Murray State University’s Dr. William Mulligan will present a workshop about the National Register, including the process of applying and what inclusion on the register means for a historic building in terms of future renovations, tax credits and more.

Dr. Mulligan has served on the Kentucky State Historic Preservation Review Board for almost 20 years and has written several successful National Register applications, as well as completing multiple other preservation projects and serving as author or editor of numerous historical books, articles, essays and encyclopedia entries.
