Eclipse Viewing Party

Join us for this historic event! A total solar eclipse is incredibly rare in any particular area, and this time Muhlenberg County is fortunate to be directly in the path. We will have themed refreshments and activities and, weather permitting, will be able to view the total solar eclipse as it passes over Central City.
A live stream of the eclipse will also be available from NASA in the event of inclement weather. Muhlenberg County Public Libraries will project NASA’s video onto a large screen so no one misses the historic eclipse.
